THE SAPEURS

Once again a fire has been ignited in me. An inspiration, a motivation, a true spirit of african fashion, that perfect and delicate balance I have always sought after... this is the story of THE SAPEURS (society of elegant persons of the Congo)

Not long ago if you asked me who a sapeur was, i would have just looked at you and shaken my head but now that i do, I want to be one, I am already one : in my head and in my body thanks to the new guiness advert of 2014.

The Guiness Oficial website writes this about the sapeurs.

"Our new GUINNESS campaign features the ‘Sapeurs’, (society of elegant persons of the Congo’), a group of humble and refined people from Brazzaville, the capital of the Republic of Congo.
Their life is not defined by occupation or wealth, but by respect, a moral code and an inspirational display of flair and creativity. This is demonstrated through their love of stylish dressing.
